Gear is crafted from materials that only Factory Nodes produce, so the loop closes: factory mats → better gear → harder Expeditions → bigger loot. Entry costs a small ACORN fee. Fail and you lose it, win and the payout beats what you spent. Your Mobster is never at risk.
